    Walk ins are not welcome even if you had a scheduled appointment they will not help you.. very dissatisfied with my experience I did a week pre-appointment and I was not notified when they "rescheduled " my appointment when I wasn't notified nor approved this appointment change.

    Our mother/mother-in-law was in hospice for a month with terminal cancer. We were devastated and appreciated the kindness of the entire Hitzeman staff. They were patient with us since there were many of our family members involved in the services and we had a longer time to plan than what is usual. All of our questions were answered. All of our requests met. No detail was considered unimportant; so wake/services were perfect.

  • Review of "Citibank" at Brookfield

    The hours of operation are ridicules. Most People work from 8 to 5. They don't open until 10am then they close at 5pm. I have to leave my job early to bank at this branch.The only reason i'm staying with them is because of the convince.I have in mind to pull all my money and switch banks.
